In ancient times, Shiraz had 6 gates. Currently, there is no gate in Shiraz other than the gate of the Qur’an. At the entrance of Tang Allah Akbar, we face a door, which is known as the door of the Quran. This gate was built by the order of Az-Dawla Dailami.
