All travelers to Iran (except American, UK and Canadian passport holders) can stay in Kish Island and Qeshm Island without obtaining visa for 14 days.
Holders of valid Iranian visas can stay in Iran for 30 days and it is possible for them to extend their visa for a maximum of 90 days. To obtain a visa, applicants must apply for a visa code at least 14 days prior to arrival in Iran through the website of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or trusted travel agencies. After receiving the visa code, applicants can receive their visa in return for payment of the visa fee through the Iranian consular offices in their country or upon arrival at one of Iran’s international airports. It should be noted that, the process of applying for visa code is free for all nationalities, therefore, they just need to pay the visa fee upon obtaining the visa.
